Quantum Core Values.

Impact

Together business owners and Quantum can make a big impact than we could ever do alone on our own. We do work that matters. That makes a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives. Aimed at families with a Individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

When our clients outsource their bookkeeping to us, we can fill Data Entry Clerk positions by employing caregivers that need ULTIMATE flexible employment so they can meet the unique needs of those in their care.

Creating neuro-inclusivity, fortifying our legacy and how our life will be remembered.

Growth

A growth mindset person knows that they can learn anything with enough attention time and focus on it. We use these five ideas to foster a growth mindset :

Embrace flaws.

View failure and setbacks as opportunities.

See criticism and feedback as constructive.

Focus on growth.

Have grit and be resilient.

Excellence

We view excellence as a matter of dignity and personal responsibility. In life we believe to listen excellently, contribute excellently, deliver excellent value.

We want to leave an impact and we want that impact. If we are going to do something, no matter what it is, we are going to do it well and with excellence.

Quantum Goal.

Alignment with our clients and our team allows us to deliver.

We must get the Right People

in the Right Seats

doing the Right Tasks

the Right Way.

Only then can we accomplish our goal:

To positively impact the lives of those Canadian households journeying Autism through creating neuro-inclusive work.

We created a unique position that transcends traditional work models that not all jobs need to be performed on-site and opens up the doors to creating work that is neuro-inclusive to everyone’s situations.

So many Level 2 and Level 3 Autistic children cannot attend traditional daycares and schools leaving no options but for a caregiver to quit their out of home job and radically change their living situation to live at poverty levels with the family.

When clients outsource their bookkeeping to Quantum, we employ Caregivers of Individuals with Autism in a very part-time remote Data Entry Clerk position. They perform data entry for our senior level Bookkeepers and Accountants by working only 3 hours a day and at the time that is best where they can be fully engaged in their work.

This gives flexibility so they can bring the individual to important appointments during day time business hours, deliver education academics and meet the sensory sensitivities, supervision and safety needs!

Employment can continue for these caregivers to make a dignified compensation to provide essentials such as housing, food, healthcare, transportation, and utilities without going without or relying on resources like stretched food banks.

  • The unique Data Entry Clerk position that employs caregivers has BIG IMPACT.

So many Level 2 and Level 3 Autistic children cannot attend traditional daycares and schools leaving no options but for a caregiver to quit their out of home job and radically change their living situation to live at poverty levels with the family.

When you outsource your bookkeeping to Quantum, we employ Caregivers of Individuals with Autism in a part-time remote Data Entry Clerk position under 3 hours a day to work alongside the Senior Bookkeeper and Accountant.

This gives flexibility so they can bring the individual to important appointments during day time business hours, deliver education academics and meet the sensory sensitivities, supervision and safety needs!

Employment can continue for these caregivers to make a dignified compensation to provide essentials such as housing, food, healthcare, transportation, and utilities. Preventing going without or relying on resources like stretched food banks. More remote flexible work is needed in the world to accommodate the unique needs of neuro-inclusivity.

We are modelling and driving transformative change in creating workplaces that are flexible and accommodating to neuro-divergent family needs.

Together we all contribute to creating an inclusive world!

When our clients outsource their bookkeeping to us, we can employ caregivers that need ULTIMATE  flexible employment so they can also provide supervision to those in their care.

We have created a position of Data Entry Clerk to employ and accommodate those caring for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Why We Created This?

This position was created as a flexible employment model thoughtfully designed to support the caregivers of someone on the Autism spectrum. Many caregivers have little to no options when the individual requiring care cannot attend in-person school or child care and have no access to a nanny, family, respite or extraordinary childcare services. Weekly appointments are frequent requiring day time business hours for the caregiver to attend these with the individual.

This position meets the need to remain in the home to provide care but still make a dignified compensation to provide essentials such as housing, food, healthcare, transportation, and utilities. All while meeting the sensory sensitivities, supervision and appointment needs!
